Bleu Cheese Delicacy
Delicious bleu cheese and Port Wine mousse piped in a miniature crispy puff pastry basket accompanied by thin slices of Port Wine poached fresh pear, finished with its natural syrup 9.95

Crusted Warm Goat Cheese
Goat cheese medallions, lightly breaded and pan-fried to golden brown, set atop a mixed green salad featuring fresh green beans, roasted red peppers and julienne cut red beets, all tossed in our herb vinaigrette 9.95

Provencal Couscous **
Moist Semolina grains, stirred in olive oil, tossed with diced Roma tomato and roasted garlic, finished with our fresh herb 8.95

Risotto Cake of the Season **
Roasted red pepper and mushroom risotto, molded into a small cake, served on a fresh spinach and lemon ragout 8.95

 

Entrees

Polenta Putanesca **
Fine grain Polenta stirred with black olives, capers and diced tomato. Lemon and white wine jus 19.95/16.95

Pasta Almandine **
Our homemade pasta verde, al dente and tossed with asparagus tips, green beans and roasted pepper in a toasted almond velouté, lemon zest 24.95/16.95

Vegetarian Crêpe
Sautéed vegetables until soft, tossed with wilted spinach and goat cheese in fresh scrambled eggs, served with fresh mixed green salad or cup of soup du jour 22.95/16.95

Gnocchi in Garlic Velvet **
Homemade potato gnocchi sautéed with slowly roasted garlic, Provençale herbs and finished in a light white wine sauce 22.95/16.95

Salad “Du Jardin” **
An amazing refreshing salad of Haricots vert, poached button cap mushrooms, asparagus tips, red beets, roasted red pepper, walnuts, tossed in garlic and herb vinaigrette 17.95/14.95

Butternut Squash Ravioli
A smooth mélange of fresh and roasted squash puree, toasted walnut and grated parmesan enclosed in homemade ravioli served with our roasted melted shallot and Madeira cream sauce 24.95/16.95
